My stay at Des Arts exceeded my high expectations in every way. The late check-in process was seamless, and the staff's warmth made me feel welcome despite the rainy weather. The free Wi-Fi allowed me to stay connected, and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment after a day of exploring the nearby attractions like La Taverne Neuchateloise and Lake Side. The sitting area in my room was a cozy retreat, and the balcony with a stunning lake view was a highlight.
